Project Overview
The project aims at contributing to increased Food security, Protection of natural resources, increased resilience to natural disasters & climate change and sustainably safeguard livelihoods among the communities living in Nandi, Elgeyo Marakwet, West Pokot and Turkana counties.
OBJECTIVES:
- Food insecure households in 5 sub counties of West Pokot and Turkana Counties have sustainably improved their livelihoods in the face of climate change challenges.
- Food insecure households in 5 sub counties of Elgeyo Marakwet and Nandi counties have, enhanced agro-ecological resilience, and food security.
- Target households in the project area successfully lobby government to improve their living conditions.
