Through our Grow Enrich project, ADS equips women, especially expectant and lactating mothers, with knowledge on nutrient-rich foods such as Orange Fleshed Sweet Potatoes and Nyota beans. Beyond teaching women how to grow and preserve these foods at home, we guide them in planning balanced diets that strengthen families and reduce malnutrition.
